Beautiful cottage in Hejlsminde. For 6 people. The house is located on a large and enclosed property with an outdoor wilderness bath (wood fire) and sauna barrel (electric). Large wooden terrace. Beautiful enclosed garden with lawn invites you to a cozy and relaxing holiday. The house has a nice living room with TV and wood stove, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bath/shower. The 3rd bedroom is in the annex. Here there is a desk and TV. Towel and bed linen are included in the rent. Firewood must be brought by yourself. Electricity and water are charged according to consumption The space The house is 70 m2 with an annex of 12 m2. Located on a large and enclosed plot with lawn. 50 m2 wooden terrace. Large driveway with space for 3 cars. All 3 bedrooms have double beds. Both TVs have Chromecast. The house is heated by a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. There is walking distance to the beach, where you have access to a really nice bathing jetty. Forest and beautiful nature are also just around the corner as well as 200m to the playground. Nearby towns include Kolding, Haderslev and Chr. Feld. Guest access As a guest, you have the entire cottage with annex at your disposal. Wildlife bath and sauna barrel in the garden. Shed with garden furniture, barbecue, games, etc. The garage is private property and therefore no access. Upon arrival, you will always be greeted with freshly made beds and 2 towels per person (1 small and 1 large). For all stays, final cleaning is a mandatory purchase!
