The house consists of two double bedrooms and a single room, a master bathroom and a second bathroom in the master bedroom, kitchen and large living room, with access to the terrace overlooking the sea. High attention to detail such as air conditioning (in the living room), TV, SWIMMING POOL (available from 06/01), Wi-Fi, parking space, large garden and terrace with sea view, automatic gate and independent entrance to the house. Guest access Upon arrival on the island, contact the host who will provide you with all the information for your access to the villa. Other things to note You will find bottles of water in the refrigerator, coffee machine and coffee pods, tea/chamomile kettle with infusions, mini portions of butter and jams, snacks, oil, salt and various kitchen utensils, soap, towels and toilet paper. At each change of guest, the house will be cleaned with disinfectant products to ensure the destruction of any bacteria and viruses in every part, surface, object and so on. The entire house will be SANITIZED at a cost of €40 to be paid at the end of the stay on site.
