Condominium unit (Chateau Elysee)is fully furnished located near NAIA airport & SM Bicutan. Place has a huge swimming pool,playground and walking paths all around. We can assist guests in securing paid parking. Clubhouse has an ATM machine, a convenience store, small wet market and laundry shop. Near the entrance to the Condominium complex are restaurants, eateries, laundromats,Puregold grocery and Uncle John’s convenience store. The space The space is a stylish 24 sqm 1 bedroom condo unit with a living room , bathroom and kitchen. Mirrored walls add an illusion of more space/area and reflect natural light to brighten the space. Earthy tone wall paper on a bedroom wall and a living room wall give the space depth and added style. Guest access Condominium guests are required to secure gate/lobby passes. You will be requested to submit an official Identification Card to process the Guest Form. Guests will have access to the entire condominium unit and all the public places of the complex except the gym.Pool is open to guests for P250/ day fee from 6am -8 pm except Mondays(cleaning day),weekends & holidays.Guests need to secure permit for pool use. Other things to note Unit is provided with a water dispenser which may be refilled at nearby water stations and delivered right at unit’s doorstep. Trash can be disposed of daily at the garbage room in front of the elevators. Hand soap, body wash and shampoo are available at the bathroom. You can buy food/ groceries at nearby Uncle John and Puregold stores near the Condominium entrance. Clubhouse has an ATM , convenience store, fresh produce stalls, laundry and water station. Sunday mass is celebrated at 9AM at the clubhouse. House guests can use pool for a fee-P250 each except on weekends, holidays & Mondays( cleaning day).
