The only area shared with the other unit is the laundry room which is a separate room located at the carport containing a state-of-the-art washer & dryer. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This home faces the street and it is adjacent to another property with which it shares a wall. The backyard is not fenced to the street, and it is not divided between the 2 properties. However, each property has its own backyard sitting area and its own grill. Each sitting area is not visible from each other as they are both located at the far end of an "L" shaped backyard. The outdoor sitting area shown on the pictures is for your own use. The laundry room is shared with the next door property and it is a stand alone-separate room located next to the car porch. Access to it is with a code provided to you. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license matching the name on the reservation. Quiet hours after 10pm enforced. No parties or gatherings allowed. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. I will hold Maven Vacation Rentals, the property owner, and their agents harmless for any damages or injury due entirely or in part to the prementioned danger, my lack of care, my negligence, the acts of a third party, an act of nature, or any other cause, except for gross negligence on the part of Maven Vacation Rentals, the property owner, or their agents, in which case damages will be limited to actual medical expenses incurred. I will indemnify Maven Vacation Rentals, the property owner, and their agents, for damages and legal fees resulting from any legal action taken by a third party or members of my group due to my actions or inaction.
