The space Located across three levels, the house offers a friendly and comfortable layout for its guests. Garden Level: Rooms 1, 2, and 3 (2 people per room): Each room has independent access from the outside and a private outdoor seating area. The rooms are approximately 15 m² and feature a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) that can be separated into two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). Each room includes a private bathroom of about 9 m² with a shower cabin, bathtub, sink, and toilet. Room 4 (4 + 2 people): Located in a separate building, this spacious room of approximately 30 m² features a large double bed (200 cm x 200 cm), two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) hidden in a wardrobe, and a seating area with a sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The adjoining bathroom of about 5 m² includes a shower cabin, sink, and toilet. Common Areas: Fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 20 people Additional fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine Outdoor kitchen with large tables for 20 people, a pizza oven, and a gas stove Sauna for 2 to 4 people (additional charge applies) Swimming pool Street Level: Living Room: A spacious living area featuring a workspace, game area, TV area, and musical instruments. This level also includes a toilet with a sink. First Floor: Room 5 (2 people): This approximately 30 m² room is accessible via the mezzanine. It is equipped with a double bed (200 cm x 200 cm) that can be converted into two single beds (100 cm x 200 cm). The room has a private bathroom of about 9 m² with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and shower cabin. Room 6 (2 + 2 people): Accessible via the second mezzanine, this room is approximately 24 m² and includes a double bed (200 cm x 200 cm, convertible into two single beds of 100 cm x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm). The private bathroom of about 12 m² has a bathtub, sink, shower cabin, and toilet. Two small balconies offer views of the park. Mezzanine 1: This mezzanine includes a seating area, a foosball table, and a sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm). Mezzanine 2: This 42 m² multifunctional mezzanine is designed for group activities or seminars. It is equipped with three tables and chairs for 18 people, a projection wall, fitness equipment, mats, and a “bedroom” corner with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). Guest access Guests have access to the entire property without any particular restrictions, provided they respect the premises. We live in a small annex house and remain very discreet, unless our assistance is needed.
