This characterful, terraced property sits on the edge of this semi-rural village of Parkham with its village pub and butchers within 0.5 miles, and the local farm shop around 4 miles away. Back through the hall leads you to another lounge area again with a wood burner and chairs, ideal for quiet reading or games. Next is the kitchen/diner which is well fitted and equipped with everything you need to cater for your stay, and a large farmhouse table allows everyone to be able to eat together. A second mini kitchen sits just off the main kitchen and leads to a useful utility room. A small sunroom captures the warmth and is a pleasant spot to sit overlooking the rear garden, and a handy cloakroom with WC completes the ground floor. Heading upstairs, you will find the five bedrooms, beginning with the master double room with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom. There are three further double rooms and one twin accessed via the double making a family suite, and these have the use of an en-suite bathroom. Completing the property is a lovely family bathroom. Stepping outside there is a rear enclosed courtyard with seating and a garden area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ in the warmer months.
