The space The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to feel at home and prepare your meals. A bright and cozy basement suite with one king, one queen, with premium sheets/duvet. Down alternative fiber fill bed pillows. Washer/dryer, deep soaker tub, shower, Keurig coffee machine (plus regular coffee machine), yoga matt, lots of board games, fireplace, modern adjustable height desk, fully adjustable ergonomic chair, and outdoor patio furniture. Other things to note Lots of secure street parking available, and for those fitness enthusiasts, this area is very popular for cycling and running. Outdoor furniture provided in the warmer months. The main house has central air conditioning, but the suite does not need it as it stays very cool in the warmer months, and is also cooled by the main house, so it was never installed.
