Located in the center of the village, a short walk from the sea, it is located along the Alpe Adria Trail (from Grossglockner in Austria to Italy, passing through Slovenia). A short distance away you will find the lively fish market, restaurants, bars, the marina and a wild karst bay with access to the sea. This detached terraced house, ideal for families, is spread over two floors: on the ground floor an open-space kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and two outdoor areas; on the upper floor three bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. Completely renovated in June 2024, it is equipped with new furniture and appliances, air conditioning and heating with radiators, making it comfortable even in the colder months.
