The space Only a 5-minute walk from this gorgeous property and you will find yourself in the heart of Montville where you can enjoy beautiful local organic produce at one of the many cafes or take your time exploring the boutique shops in the main street. When your done exploring the town, make your way back to this beautiful 2 Storey home and enjoy all the space. There's room for the entire family here! With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 x Queen beds, 1 x Double bed and 1 x pull out sofa bed and 1 x double fold out bed, you can accommodate up to 12 guests. *Please note* - Guests must ensure to let us know well in advance if you need the sofa bed and or the fold out bed made up. Otherwise, we will make up the default bed configuration for the amount of people booked. The main bedroom has a walk-in robe and spa bath in the ensuite. The 2nd bathroom upstairs has a shower and bath and the third bathroom located downstairs has a shower. There are 3 living areas, a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious deck to enjoy a BBQ whilst admiring the beautiful view. In the downstairs living area, you can have hours of fun playing pool on the billiard table. A gas fire for those cool winter nights is complemented by reverse cycle air-conditioning for the summer. Beautifully landscaped gardens surround the house. And a double lock up garage (which houses an additional fridge if required) gives you internal access to the property. Other things to note -Guest MUST request the sofa and fold out beds at the time of booking as these items will not be left out otherwise. For example: If you have 8 guests but some people need their own bed and don't want to share as a couple, please ensure you specify your needs at time of securing the booking. Lost Property Policy: Please carefully check the place before you go for any items you might have left behind. We do understand accidents happen, so if you’ve left something behind we have a lost property policy. · We’ll hold items for up to 7 days after checkout. · After that if we don’t hear from you, items are donated or responsibly discarded. · Want it returned? Because It happens so often and we are finding ourselves running to the post office frequently, we have a $15 handling fee + Plus the cost of shipping. · To request a return, please send a message to us through the platform you used to book, along with the item description, your stay dates, and the address you would like it shipped.
