Centrally Located Downtown Apartment Walk to Beale

Welcome to our charming 1 bedroom apartment in the historic Memphis Merchants’ & Cotton Exchange Building, located in the heart of Downtown, next to Court Square Park! Our fully furnished apartment offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, and affordability with flexible and affordable weekly and monthly rates. Our prime location puts you in walking distance of the city's top attractions including Beale Street, the Bass Pro Pyramid, and the National Civil Rights Museum. The space As a guest, you will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. You will have private and exclusive use of the living room, the kitchen, the bedroom, and the bathroom. Guests will also have access to the building's common areas such as the coin-laundry room, elevators, & stairways. Our guests will have their own set of keys and/or access codes, so they can come and go as they please. The building has an Office Attendant after 11pm, but the lobby door has a PIN pad for access. Other things to note - We do not rent to guests under 25. - No firearms, ammunition, knives or weapons of any kind inside the apartment and building common areas. - All guests must be registered, and must not exceed max capacity. - No third party bookings. - No smoking, no parties. READ HOUSE RULES TO SEE ALL RULES YOU ARE AGREEING TO BY BOOKING! There’s no parking on premises, but public street meters and several paid parking garage & lots just steps away (within 1-2 blocks). Check-in is fast and easy. PARKING: As far as parking, there are 3 options: (1) Metered Street Parking: Street parking meters run 8 am- 6pm and cost $1.50/hour (free on Sunday & holidays, and weekdays after 6pm) (2) Premium Parking Garage: - 21 South Second Street (next to building): $26/ day. Can pay per license plate online & enter multiple times. (3) Parking Lot: there is a large parking lot at 157 Court Avenue (click for map), it’s called BestParkTN. It offers hourly and daily parking. The daily cost is $15/day. There’s a machine on-site to pay by license plate.
