The space As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy interior that perfectly complements the laid-back beach vibes of El Pescadero. Bedrooms: Our two well-appointed bedrooms are designed to provide you with a peaceful night's sleep. Each room is tastefully decorated, featuring plush bedding and ample storage space. Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves, and let the sea breeze gently sweep through the windows. Outdoor views: Our condo truly shines outdoors. Picture yourself enjoying your favorite drink while watching the sun dip below the horizon, casting a warm, golden glow over the Pacific Ocean. Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Huitzi Condo boasts a prime location in El Pescadero only a short walk away from the stunning San Pedrito beach, known for its world-class surf breaks, but you're also conveniently close to local restaurants, cafes, and shops. Explore the vibrant culture and flavors of Baja California Sur, or simply relax and soak in the sun. Guest access The Condo is the 2nd largest of three homes sitting in our 2 acres walled private property, you will enter the Condo thru the private main entrance and walk a few steps to the stairs that lead you to the Condo. Other things to note Pescadero and adjacent areas are still very small towns, as such, infrastructure is still developing, dirt roads are common to travel from one place to another and ATM’s are scarce, so plan ahead. All roads leading to Huitzi Condo, restaurants and beach are dirt/gravel roads but you should not have a problem using popular application maps. The highway from the airport to Pescadero is a toll road so be prepared, as of this posting the toll fee is $111 pesos but it could change so have at least 150 pesos in cash available just in case.
