There is no dedicated parking lot, but there is a nearby alley or a 70m Yongdong public parking lot. -Exclusive private space for meetings such as clubs, parties, filming, one-day classes, studies, clubs, seminars, etc. - A sink is installed, so you can cook simple meals, and you can bring in outside food and delivery food. - Nearby 7-Eleven, GS convenience store, Gaegang-ro Street Cafe and Restaurant -1st and 2nd floor air conditioner and 2nd floor floor heating available - Tables & chairs for 10 people on the 1st floor, tables for 10 people on the 2nd floor - LG Cinebeam & YouTube, Netflix - Free Wi-Fi, microwave, fridge, air conditioner ❗️ Precautions when making a reservation - Since it is a place to rent a space for gatherings and parties, not a "lodging business", items provided by the accommodation facility are not provided. (Bedding, toiletries, etc.) - The number of guests booked is 5 by default and a maximum of 20. - Please be careful as you may be liable for compensation in case of loss or damage of items. - No smoking indoors (only in smoking areas) - CCTV installation (crime prevention and fire prevention/personnel check) -There is a 50,000 won deposit for cleaning facilities. After checking for damage, loss, and organization after moving out, we will refund the entire deposit if there is no problem. - Deduction of deposit for room cleaning, dishwashing, separate collection, etc. -If the departure is delayed, it is a reason for not returning the deposit, and please organize the space, wash the dishes, turn off the air conditioner and lighting before leaving. -If furniture, lighting, accessories, etc. are damaged/lost due to the user's carelessness, the value of the item may be charged, so please be careful when using it. - Please use indoor shoes indoors, and use toilet slippers when using the toilet. - Since it is a reservation system, 100% refund is possible up to 8 days before use, and no refund is possible from 7 days before use.
