Other things to note ✔ PETS: We love dogs, but unfortunately, this property does not allow them. We are happy to refer pet sitters in the area. ✔ WOOD FIRES: No outdoor wood fires are allowed per Sonoma County rules. ✔ FIREPLACE: The indoor fireplace is there only for aesthetic purposes and can not be used for fires ✔ NOISE: Quiet hours, mandated by the County, are between 9 PM and 7 AM. ✔ GUESTS: A maximum of 8 guests are allowed on the property. Events and parties are not allowed. ✔ SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If you smoke outside, please be sure to keep the area clean and properly dispose of cigarette butts and ashes. ✔ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of overnight guests is 8 persons, in accordance with Sonoma County regulations and the property’s approved license, and is strictly enforced. If a violation of this rule occurs, an additional charge of $100 per extra person per night will be assessed, and all guests may be required to vacate the premises and forfeit any rental fees and deposits.
