Self contained studio (with own entrance) includes kitchenette, ensuite & workspace, along with private patio to enjoy. Reliable starlink wifi throughout. Grass/lawn is currently growing! The studio is attached to our off-grid family home on a lifestyle block ~12 minutes drive from Wairoa. Access to shared gym & laundry facilities available. Breakfast and / or dinner can be provided for an additional fee, please enquire when booking. Solar EV charging available depending on sunlight. The space The studio is adjoined to our family home, with a seperate private entrance, patio and dedicated carport. We strictly vet all guests. Guest access Self contained studio with private patio and dedicated carport. Access to shared gym and laundry area and EV charger also available. Smart lock code will be provided before check in, an RFID card can also be provided. Other things to note We are GST registered so a tax invoice will be available via Airbnb for the booking.
