The space Located in Ligao City, this cozy 3-bedroom vacation home (Unit B) is ideal for small groups or families (maximum of 6 pax only) who want a better place to stay while in the Bicol region. Why pay more in an expensive small hotel room and beside noisy main roads when you can have a bigger and more comfortable place with three bedrooms, be able to cook your favorite meal, eat properly on a 6-seater dinner table and relax on a comfortable sofa within your living area? Our home is located inside a private and well-fenced and gated compound where only registered guests are able to enter. It is strategically located at a very peaceful and quiet place, away from the busy and noisy main roads but still very near and accessible to the city center, bus terminals, shopping malls, government offices, and schools. CCTV cameras are also installed. Requirements before check-in: 1. Photocopy of a valid government-issued ID with present address 2. Fully accomplished rental agreement forms which will be submitted prior to check-in Guest access Guests have an exclusive access of the whole guesthouse.
