The newly built property is located in the coastal paradise of Chelem just steps from the beach, one of the most beautiful in the Yucatecan Riviera The ground floor has two bedrooms, the main one with a king size bed and the second with a double bed, each room has its own closet and full bathroom. The living room has a large sofa and TV with high-speed internet. It also has a guest bathroom, dining room with a view and access to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and accessories for cooking. The second floor has a beautiful tropical terrace-palapa with fantastic sea views with a large sofa and beds and three bedrooms with beds each with its own closet, bathroom and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has its own TV and balcony overlooking the ocean. At the back of the house is the vehicle access with an electric gate and space for three vehicles. The house also has a washing machine, dryer, barbecue and beach chairs. Guest access Guests can use the entire house, there are no shared areas. Other things to note Due to our remote location and a developing infrastructure within the area, there may occasionally be power outages and with that affect the internet and water supply, but don't worry the service is usually restored quickly. During the winter period (November to February) we have some storms that depending on their intensity sometimes bring sargassum and garbage to our beaches, this circumstance is beyond our control however we will try to keep the beach free of garbage upon arrival and during your stay, while the sargassum is usually dragged in the next tide.
