Farm Stay in Oldham Co (Pendleton)

Our home is located on 8 secluded acres in Oldham County KY. only 3 miles from Instate 1-71. Very Private & peaceful surrounded by woods & wildlife. Creek run along the back of property with fire pit situated close by. Perfect for reading & relaxing during days & listening to frogs, crickets & owls at night! We have several big owls, deer, squirrels, red foxes, a red tail hawk, often we see an eagle fly over. Our place is perfect for couples &, families The space *1st floor Queen Bed 60" TV with Private Bath *2nd Bedroom W/Queen Bed *3rd Bedroom W/Full Bed *Full Bathroom with Tub/Shower combo in hallway Open Concept living room/Dining/Kitchen kitchen offers microwave, stove, full size fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot cooking pots & pans, utensils. Living room has 70" smart TV with netflix & live TV. DVD player with movies located in entertainment center. Wifi AT & T 2 sets of steps One from Kitchen leading to walkout basement One leading from back deck to Patio This home is Not handicap accessible Walkout ** living area with 3 Queen futons & 55" TV **Second Dining Table/area **3rd bathroom with walk in shower ** Additional lounging area w/3 Full size beds sitting area with love seat & 3rd smaller dining table for extra seating or gaming. Deck with gas grill & lots of seating located off from Kitchen. Patio located at walkout entrance. additional outdoor seating located. picnic table, charcoal grill & additional seating located at firepit beside garden. (2 grills total with lots of seating for outdoor entertaining)! We supply bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer. located in hallway closet is cleaning supplies, first aid kit, paper products, iron & extra items like toothpaste. NO SMOKING & NO PETS Allowed! NO HUNTING ALLOWED! We do not have access to Public Sewer! We have Septic System so we ask that you DO NOT flush any type paper products!!! NO Toilet Tissue, Wipes, Paper Towels or Sanitary Products NO Large Groups & Events! please contact owner if more than 10 people on the property without prior approval! when checking out please strip all bedding of sheets & gather used towels. Leave quilts, blankets & pillow shams at foot of bed. please put dirty items in laundry room. Turn all lights off & make sure everything not in use is unplugged. Thanks You!
