NB: The house has 10 steep steps leading up to the front door. However, there is a handrail there for your convenience. Likewise, for those wishing to stay in the attic bedroom, there are stairs to climb. Again, though, there are handrails and security rails along the way. Please see images of the office (with stairs leading to the attic bedroom) for more details. Guest access You have full access to the entire home. Other things to note The second bedroom (in the attic) has stairs. My home is part of a strata and shares foundation walls with neighbours on either side. It has 10 steep steps leading up to the front door. The house is strictly NOT for parties. If a party does occur, unfortunately, you and your guests will be asked to leave. The house is suitable for couples and families - and, those with well-behaved pets. (If your dog barks a lot, this home is not for you, sorry). While the odd visitor is acceptable, numerous visitors or party goers are not. Parking is for one car only. If you have 2 cars, park the second car on Marine Tce (free all-day/night parking) Family dogs considered. NB: Dogs must be freshly washed, with no fleas.
