Watch the boats go by from the comfort of the couch, or take a peaceful walk along the docks of the moorage. The space The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, 6 burner gas stove, copper sink. Downstairs also has a dining area, bedroom, two bathrooms, washer/dryer, and a boat garage turned hangout room with a garage door that opens up to the river. Upstairs is one big open space combining a bedroom and living area. Windows all around provide a beautiful view and natural light. The bathroom has heated floors and a generously sized shower with 7 shower heads. Walk-in closet. A sliding door leads to the large upper deck area and a catwalk all around the home.
