House for a family trip: relax in this peaceful and well-equipped accommodation. For longer stays, we offer gardening and pool cleaning services. House cleaning is also available (monday, thursday and saterday) for an additional fee. The space Single-story house in a gated community with 24-hour security, close to services and 5 minutes from the JK bridge. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a guest bathroom. Heated pool, outdoor shower, external bathroom, gourmet veranda with a barbecue grill, two hammocks for relaxation, a vegetable garden, and covered parking spaces. Also on the veranda, a playhouse brings joy to the children. The house has 4 rooms, including 3 suites and 1 office: Room #1 – Suite with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and eight empty drawers in the dresser for guests to store their clothes and personal belongings. A children's mattress or up to two single mattresses can be added on the floor. The bathroom features a bathtub, a shower, and a hairdryer. Room #2 – Suite with a double bed, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, wall-mounted TV, and one of two empty wardrobes for guests to store their clothes and personal belongings. Room #3 – Suite with one or two single beds, or a queen-size bed. It includes child safety rails, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and one of two empty wardrobes for guests to store their clothes and personal belongings. Room #4 – Office with air conditioning, blackout curtains, and many empty shelves for guests to store their clothes and personal belongings. Up to two single mattresses or a queen mattress can be placed on the floor. Each of the three suite bathrooms has at least one empty cabinet for guests to store their toiletries. We provide bath towels and bed linens for your stay. We do not provide pool towels. Other things to note Guests must respect the approved number of people in the accommodation. Overnight guest limit: 6 adults and up to 4 children. Please contact the host if there will be visitors during your stay. Please note that parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
