Welcome to my cozy, new apartment on the edge of the CBD! This spacious two bedroom apartment is just steps away from all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions the CBD has to offer. The apartment features a living room with TV (Netflix etc. included), balcony with a bbq, free parking, smart home assistant, WIFI, excellent double glazed windows and washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom while the second bedroom has a Koala sofa bed. The space This is a 2bedroom 2 bathroom apartment main bedroom has a Queen bed with ensuite, while the 2nd bedroom has a comfy Koala queen size sofa bed Please note this property is our home during many weeks of the year, it's not a full time hotel booking. As such there will be fresh coffee beans in the machine and any kitchen staples you might need (oil, flour etc) available. Please treat our home as if it was your own. Guest access You have full access to the house, we may lock the wardrobes depending on how long you are staying, so if you need wardrobe access for a longer stay please let us know in advance
