Perivoli A Traditional Eco-Accommodation

Perivoli is a place of residence created with the principle of minimal intervention in the natural environment, the preservation and maintenance of the natural space and the implementation of recycling within the farm. We aim for visitors to experience their stay as a connection with the traditional architecture and the land of Nisyros. The space The place is a two – acre farm cultivated with mandarin, olive, orange and lemon trees. The entire farm has been laid out with ancient terraces, known locally as taulas or vastadia, as a necessary condition for the cultivation of the inclined volcanic soil, a characteristic feature across the island. At the entrance of the farm there is a traditional stone house of 25 m2 where there are the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, screens on both the door and window, a ceiling fan and an air-condition. The kitchen, fully equipped, as well as the living and dining areas, are located in nature, on the farm itself, rather than within any buildings. Additionally, there is a 16 m2 tent with a double and a single bed, as well as a floor fan and a floor air-condition. The tent has its own private bathroom. The entire farm is covered by internet Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the lodge. The accommodation is private, meaning the visitors rent the entire farm to enjoy privacy and peaceful. The accommodation is not shared with other guests or with the owner. Other things to note The farm is located above the settlement of Mandraki, on its outskirts, and the location offers a view of the sea and the settlement. There is free parking area on the municipal street. Access from the road to the house is through a sixty (60) meter pathway with lighting.
