Lotus Guest House is a serene one bedroom single story attached guest house located on an acre above town on the slope of majestic Mount Shasta. Five minute walk to the Gateway Trail system with over 50 miles of hiking and biking trails. Semi open floor plan perfect for an extended vacation or work stay. Views of Mt Shasta and the Eddies. Out in the country but only 5 minutes drive or 30 minute walk to town. 10 minutes to Lake Siskiyou and 20 minutes to the Ski Park. The space This is a guesthouse attached to the main dwelling on the property. The living space has no common walls with the adjacent house. It is a full stand alone space with kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. It has a large mudroom and a 10x10 weatherproof storage area. There is a shared laundry. The house is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, towels and bed linens. We provide enough cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, etc to get you started then you are on your own. Just bring your food and clothes and move in. Guest access This is a totally private residence for your exclusive use. It has three private entrances. There is a lockbox so you can check yourself in anytime after 4PM. Other things to note This apartment has a 31 day minimum rental to avoid occupancy taxes. If you are looking for a shorter time frame please contact me for options. Please note there is an additional dwelling on the property. The only shared space is the laundry room.
