Any instance of smoking or vaping on the property WILL result in the complete forfeiture of your security deposit. If seen breaking this contract, your entire group will be required to vacate the cabin immediately and with no refund. ★ 📷CAMERAS There are three outdoor cameras that activate with motion and record. There are NO INDOOR CAMERAS. -Camera overlooking parking area -Camera on front deck -Camera on back deck (hot tub is NOT in view) ★ 🥳GUESTS VISITING CABIN A maximum of 12 guests are allowed to be on the property and ALL GUESTS visiting the property must be on the reservation. ★ 🗑️TRASH -PLACE ALL TRASH IN the outdoor, bear proof trash container. Pickup is done after check-out. -A mid-stay trash pick up is $55. -Excessive trash (anything left outside of the bear proof bins) will cost $55 of the security deposit, as that is the fee charged by our cleaning company when this occurs. ★ ✅RENTAL AGREEMENT -Please follow the link to read and sign the agreement within 24 hours after booking. -Must be 24 years or older to book. ★ ✅SECURITY DEPOSIT -The security deposit is simply a "hold" for incidentals. It must be set up while signing the rental agreement. -$500 is held 48 hours prior to scheduled check-in and is returned 48 hours after check-out pending no large damages and/or need for excessive cleaning. Guest access The entire cabin is your own. We are available via the app. at all times. Upon booking, you will receive a unique door access code that allows you to check-in and check-out without the hassle of keys or in-person meetings.
