Spacious and bright double room in San Isidro (Los Cardones), 5 minutes' drive from Tenerife South Airport (TFS). The house is located 5 km. from one of the largest and most beautiful beaches of Tenerife – Playa La Tejita (Red Mountain) and El Médano, a place known for its beautiful beaches, where numerous water sports are practiced (such as KiteSurf, Windsurfing). The space ✔ The house is located in Los Cardones (San Isidro), a quiet area of townhouses with public parking on the street. The room is very cozy, where you will feel really comfortable. The private bathroom will bring it even more comfort. The house has a small front yard, which is a shared area and the only smoking area. ✔ No pets allowed, it's a quiet area, so no parties either. Smoking ✔ is strictly prohibited inside the room (there is a smoke detector installed) and the fine for non-compliance is 200 EUROS with possible eviction. Guest access ✔ Linens, towels, hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel are provided. ✔ A mobile phone/tablet charger is also available upon request. ✔ Beach Towels and umbrella available. ✔ WiFi is available unlimited and free of charge, so you can stay in touch with your loved ones or possibly manage your business or activity remotely. ✔ The bathroom is private with access from the bedroom. ✔ The kitchen is shared and not suitable for cooking, frying or baking but for basic use: storing food in the fridge, heating precooked dishes from the supermarket, preparing tea or coffee, sandwiches or toast. ✔ The kitchen is equipped with an osmosis water filter without the need to buy bottled water, less plastic and more care for the environment. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. ✔ Kitchen usage hours from 08:00 to 22:00.
