We are just seven blocks from the beach, with easy access to Shopping MK and Mercado Bavaresco, on the way to the beautiful beaches of Caiobá and Guaratuba. The space Room for up to 2 people (shared bathroom with the owner of the property) Ideal accommodations for a single person or couple. Bedroom equipped with 1 double bed, ceiling fan and TV. The room offers comfort and practicality, with TV, fans, wardrobes and good natural lighting. Well-ventilated room, and has a beautiful view of the hills of Matinhos. Notes: - We do not provide blankets or bath towels. - There's no wifi Guest access Here, you will have easy access to the beach and find several local businesses, such as markets, bakeries, pharmacies, a hospital, among other businesses. If you come by car, you can park it in front of the house, in a safe and quiet place. The space has an equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing simple and delicious dishes. Here, you will be greeted with affection and attention! :) During your stay I'm available to answer any questions you may have! Feel free to ask. :) Other things to note House Rules: - Smoking inside the house will not be allowed, nor will consuming alcoholic beverages; - We do not provide bath towels; - We do not accept pets or children; - Noise until 10 pm; - We do not provide a washing machine, but you will find a laundromat 1 km away from our residence.
