Unwind while watching your favorite shows on the 55" Samsung Smart TV. Adjacent to the living area, the tastefully remodeled kitchen boasts modern navy cabinets, new appliances, and bar-top seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs: - Crockpot, blender, and toaster - Coffee maker with complimentary local coffee from Duluth Coffee Company - Griddle, pots, pans, and baking utensils Bedrooms: - Main-Level Bedroom: Features a comfortable king bed with earthy tones and nature-inspired décor. - Lofted Bedroom: Exudes tranquility with its light, airy tones, a king bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The loft also offers an open space with a built-in queen bed, providing a perfect spot for relaxation while gazing at the star-filled sky over the lake. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire A-frame home and the surrounding property. Accessing the house is easy via a lockbox at the front entry; you will receive your unique code on the day of your arrival. Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests. There is ample free parking in the driveway, with enough space for multiple vehicles as well as trailers for boats or snowmobiles. Other things to note - Check-in is at 4:00 PM. - Check-out is at 10:00 AM. - All necessary check-in details, including your unique access code, will be sent to you on your day of arrival. - This property is managed by Heirloom Vacations, a professional property management company with years of experience and tens of thousands of glowing reviews. Our dedicated team ensures this property is impeccably maintained and cleaned to hotel standards. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we’re here to make your stay seamless and memorable. - This property is dog-friendly, specific rules regarding pets at the property are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to be on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.
