The space This beautiful newly built apartment, directly attached to our already very popular Airbnb-listed historic apartment, has been fully renovated, refurbished, and modernised. It offers high-quality furnishings and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. After parking your car, you can easily enter the apartment. You will find approximately 130 square meters of modern maisonette living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with rain showers, a stylish living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an exclusive kitchen island, and a cosy rooftop terrace. Start your day with a freshly brewed NESPRESSO coffee or a cup of tea and enjoy all the thoughtful details this home has to offer. All bedrooms feature premium box spring beds, and one of them also includes a dedicated workspace. The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable hanging chair, perfect for reading and unwinding. It is complemented by a stylish designer sofa with a sofa bed function and a 58" TV, ideal for Netflix nights or relaxed TV watching. The kitchen is high-end and fully equipped for cooking delicious meals, including an oven, dishwasher, AEG induction hob, fridge, freezer, sink, and everything else you may need. Both bathrooms feature modern rain showers, creating a refreshing and spa-like atmosphere. Fresh towels as well as essential amenities such as shower gel and shampoo are, of course, provided.
