Right in the heart of Ormea - a lovely village on the Ligurian Alps. Ideal for digital nomads, outdoor sport lovers, families. River a short walk away. Beach, French Riviera and wine country are easy day trips, yet you can stay here without a car and have everything at reach: restaurants, food shopping, bars, ice-cream parlour, hikes; a little cinema. Renovated in 2024; freshly painted and furnished with love and repurposing style. The space GROUND FLOOR: A practical space to store your bikes and things. FIRST FLOOR: kitchen, small dining space, living room with double sofa bed, woodburning stove, 2 balconies looking over the pedestrian street via San Giovanni, right around the corner from the ice-cream parlor. SECOND FLOOR: Bathroom with shower and balcony, queen size bedroom, small bedroom/study room. Radiator heat fuelled with pellet. TOTAL STAIRS: One flight from street level to kitchen/dining/living and one to bedrooms and bathroom. Guest access The apartment is completely private and available to our guests. Other things to note - We offer self check-in so you can arrive anytime. - There are 2 flights of stairs: one to the entrance, kitchen/dining/living room; one to the bedrooms and bathroom. - Door-to-door trash collection service. It is important to follow the calendar. - This lovely home is for sale! In the occurrence of a booked visit by the real estate agent, we kindly ask that you allow visits on Saturdays, around 2:30pm, for 1 hour approximately.
