A peaceful accommodation for a relaxing family vacation. The space The ,Beautiful House‘ in Ashtarak, not far from the capital Yerevan, has two rooms: a bedroom and a living room. It features a private kitchen, a bathroom, and balconies. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe, two small cabinets, and shelves. The living room includes two armchairs, a desk, a sofa bed, a Komodo, and a television. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, and kitchen cabinets. The fully equipped bathroom also includes a washing machine. On the balcony, two lovely wooden chairs and a wooden table invite you to cozy evenings. Access to the front door is through a beautiful wooden staircase. The front door closes, ensuring privacy for the guests. The house has a large garden that guests can share with the homeowners. In the garden, there is an entertainment and barbecue area, as well as free parking for up to 4 cars. Across from the guesthouse is the owners' house, where they provide helpful assistance with any questions. The family speaks Armenian, English, Russian, and German. The ,Beautiful House’ has no direct neighbors, making it very quiet and comfortable. We look forward to your visit. Guest access The guests have access to all areas of the accommodation. The house is exclusively for the guests. The homeowners live in the neighborhood opposite the guesthouse. Other things to note The location of the house is excellent. You can easily reach the "Beautiful House" from the airport by taxi. Taxis in Armenia are very affordable compared to other countries. A ride from the airport to the "Beautiful House" costs only 10 euros (11 US dollars). From the house to the center of the capital, Yerevan, the taxi fare is 8 euros (9 US dollars). The price per kilometer for a taxi is 0,30 euros (0.35 US dollars). Taxis in Armenia are cheaper than buses or trains in Europe or the USA. You can travel in Armenia comfortably and affordably by taxi wherever you want.
