Our housekeeping teams follow scheduled routes across multiple properties, often with same-day guest arrivals. For this reason, the standard checkout time, or any approved late-checkout time must be respected. An unapproved late departure, including remaining at the property beyond an approved late-checkout time, is subject to a $50 late-departure fee, requested through Airbnb, to cover third-party housekeeping disruption and associated costs. Thank you for helping us ensure the home can be properly prepared for the next guests.
