The main accommodation is upstairs and is a private self-contained home-from-home, with open planned living room fully equipped kitchen & dining table for 5. One double bedroom with king size bed & en-suite shower, bath & toilet shared with, a small single bed separate bedroom. Downstairs & separate just off the patio courtyard, is a separate twin bedded bedroom with smart TV & separate shower & toilet. Perfect for a couple of friends, teenagers or grandparents, tea and coffee making facilities provided. Travel cot, high chair, toddler seat for dining and stair gate. Laundry & drying machines, iron, ironing board. Patio picnic table with sun umbrella. Clothes drying line & pegs. A welcome basket is left for you with freshly laid eggs, bread, butter, dairy & oat milk and sweet treats. All towels and cotton sheets, duvets & extra blankets provided. Patio table and chairs, hot tub & laundry & drying facilities available to use. Private parking for up to 3 cars. Electric car charging point. Please bring own charging leads. **Please note there are stairs up to the cottage apartment and low ceilings in places & a step into the main bedroom. Guest access In total sleeps 5- Self-contained private 2 bedroom 1st floor annexe cottage with open planned living room-kitchen-dining. Small single bedroom, main bedroom with king-size bed with EN-SUITE shared with single bedroom. Also separate twin bed room, ground level self-contained with its own separate shower & toilet & kitchenette for tea making. Private courtyard with patio table and chairs. Hot tub, and all towels provided. And a lovely welcome basket! Independent self check in & check out. Other things to note Main apartment is accessed by staircase. Downstairs twin room is separate from main apartment. Ensuite toilet in main double bedroom is also for use by the single bedroom. Single bedroom has small single bed, ideal for children or smaller adult. If going out please CLOSE all windows turn the heating DOWN to 10c. The space will warm up fast when you get back and turn it back on!
