Comfortable apartment in the Recoleta area. I have a separate kitchen. Shared bathroom, possibility of taking immersion baths if the guest wishes. Outside: large balcony with plants. Bedroom: Smart TV with Netflix, Flow, YouTube, and Spotify. Wi-Fi connection suitable for home-office. Super comfortable double and a half mattress. Close to tourist spots. Metro Subway 50 meters. The space It is a spacious and harmonious apartment located in Recoleta opposite Plaza Houssey/ Faculty of Medicine. ☆The room is approximately 22 square meters, separated with a lockable door that only the guest uses. It has a very comfortable full-and-a-half bed (I made it to measure for when my parents visited me). Bedding: towels, sheets, and blankets are provided. It has a 50-inch TV with Netflix, Flow, Spotify, and YouTube. It has a trunk where you can store your things and a bedside table with drawers. Then, a glass table with three chairs, where guests can eat or use as a work desk (I have a Wi-Fi network suitable for Microsoft Office). I leave an electric kettle available to make coffee or tea that I offer. In the room there is a door-window where you can enter the large balcony to sunbathe, have a drink in the cool of the night and there is also space to hang clothes (if you decide to wash clothes in my washing machine). ☆ The kitchen is shared with me. It is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, and pots and pans. Guests can cook if they wish. It has a high table with two stools with backrest for breakfast. There is also a washing machine where you can wash clothes. The refrigerator is available, it is large and I also have a freezer. A drinking water dispenser is available for guests. ☆Bathroom: shared: it has a toilet, bidet, washbasin, shower, and bathtub. Guests can take a soak and relax if they wish. ☆Entrance: there is a hall where the guest can hang their keys, jacket or backpack. A large closet is available to the guest. If you wish, you can take an immersion bath.
