This characterful studio is located in the grounds of the owner's home, while maintaining privacy. The space The staircase leads to a bright and welcoming room with a large picture window overlooking the fields and garden, flooding the room with light. Eye-catching exposed beams blend with soothing tones. A comfortable sofa and double bed invite you to curl up to watch a movie on the Smart TV. From the dining table, there is a view of the countryside, where you're likely to spot local wildlife and resident red squirrels and woodpeckers. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is next to the lounge opposite the bedroom. The shared garden has a private seating area where you can enjoy your morning coffee. To top it all off, you've access to the owner’s heated swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, located in their basement. You have exclusive use of these facilities every evening from 5pm to 7pm. Access is via an external door from the garden, so bring a robe with you to walk across. The pretty Heritage Coast is less than 10 miles away, and St Bees, the starting point of Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk, is well worth a visit. Here you'll find a long sand and pebble beach where you can enjoy a swim or take an early morning walk. Take the train from St Bees and explore the large border town of Carlisle. Ennerdale Water (8 miles) is also a great place to escape offering crystal-clear water and forest walks.
