Old and outdated here and there, but situated only 0.2 miles away from the main strip. Park your car and go for a short walk to everything Downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. Not a luxurious place, but this 2 story 2br/2ba apartment is perfect for your vacation in Gatlinburg, equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Being part of a bigger ownership, which includes the hotel next door, you’ll have access to 2 outdoor pools (summer only), 2 outdoor fire pits and coin laundry. The space Is a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment built on 2 floors. 1st floor welcomes you in the living room, fully equipped kitchen and 1 full bathroom, while both bedrooms, another full bathroom and balcony are situated on 2nd floor. You’ll find a TV in every bedroom and livingroom, connected to the internet, so you can log in your favorite streaming platform ( Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc) or to watch tv channels. AC/Heat units in every bedroom and livingroom so you can set your own temperature, without caring if your friends/family from the next bedroom prefer a different temperature. Kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Don’t hesitate to contact us if cooking is a big part of your vacation, so we’ll make sure you have everything you need. Even if the bathrooms are a bit outdated, they do their job. We provide towels, cleaning stuff (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and hair dryer. The apartment is part of a bigger ownership which includes the hotel next door. So you are welcome to use one of the 2 outdoor pools (open for the summer only) and have a drink by the outdoor gas fire pits. Overall, is a spacious old apartment, which could use some upgrades, but with a lot of new things ( beds, mattresses, lamps and more bought in November 2023) and in a great location, 5 min away from one end of the main strip and about 30 min away from the other end. Enough parking for your vehicles, even for RVs ( just let me know if you need room for big cars or if have trailers).
