Apartment "Bergzeit-Nagelfluh" right next to the nature park

Very cozy and quiet 2-room apartment (45 sqm) with beautiful, deep south balcony directly at the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park incl. MOBIL PASS ALLGÄU. From here you can start your mountain tour directly from the front door or reach many attractive places in no time. The Ossi-Reichert cable car with ski operation is only 4 km away. The apartment is the ideal base for a great and unforgettable vacation. Several bakeries, restaurants, shopping are easily accessible. The space In the living/dining room with wooden ceiling there is a cozy couch with sleeping function (bed 1.25 * 1.90), a living room cabinet with 50" HD smart TV and a dining table for 2 to 4 people. In addition to the basic equipment (dishes, pots, pans) with detergent and dish towel, as well as vinegar, oil, spices (salt, pepper, peppers, other spices), a ceramic hob (4 hobs) incl. Oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, assortment of tea, toaster and a Qbo coffee capsule machine with milk frother incl. Range of Qbo coffee capsules (different tastes). In the bedroom with pine wood wall and wooden ceiling there is a large comfort box spring bed (king size 1.80 * 2.00), a large sliding door closet and other storage options. In addition to the bedding (covered duvet and pillow), a memory foam pillow is part of the equipment. All windows are provided with external blinds and can be completely darkened. The bathroom (complete renovation/renewal Nov 2024) has a large walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink with integrated cabinet, towel heating and fluffy hand and shower towels, as well as toilet paper. A hallway with small wardrobe, a deep south-facing balcony with table and chairs for up to 4 people (including breakfast, dinner or sunbathing), a shared cellar incl. Ski parking space, a private lockable basement, as well as a car parking space belonging to the apartment directly at the residential complex complete the "apartment offer". The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but use is also possible for 3 or 4 people - for this, the sofa bed (lying area 1.25* 1.90) in the living room offers another sleeping accommodation. Surely it will be cuddly then, but we want to offer you the flexibility - so you can decide for yourself whether the space will be enough for you. WiFi is of course available free of charge throughout the apartment. The apartment is located in a small residential complex in a south-facing location at the end of the road, which is directly adjacent to the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park. This is a non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed. In the Blaichach tourist tax, 2 guest passes are included - the ALLGÄU-WALSER-PASS and the ALLGÄU MOBILE PASS (see "further important information" below) On a request we can have a Hauck children's travel cot incl. Newborn insert and changing attachment (60x120 cm - from birth to toddler to about 15 kg) with very good dreamland mattress, as well as a high chair for a one-time fee of 10 euros. A great children's playground is just a few minutes' walk away. We are happy to provide various non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks for a small fee. On request, 2 train bikes, a Deuter Kinderkraxe (children's carrier), a mountain backpack, hiking poles or sledges in winter can be rented inexpensively. Guest access It is possible to use the common basement (laundry basement as a drying room and for storing ski equipment), a private lockable basement for bicycles, skis, sleds or mountain boots, for example. Other things to note Tourist tax/guest pass: The municipality of Blaichach charges a tourist tax of 3.20 euros per night/person (children from 6 to 15 years 2.10 euros per night/person). Payment is made in cash on site. Before check-in, we need the first and last name, address and date of birth of each guest for the binding registration guest pass/tourist tax. Please specify business trips in advance - then the tourist tax is waived (proof required). In return, guests receive the ALLGÄU-WALSER-PASS (free or reduced admission to over 150 facilities) as well as the MOBIL-PASS-ALLGÄU (free travel by bus and train "from the Alps to Lake Constance" - valid in the districts of Oberallgäu, Kempten, Lindau, Ravensburg, Bodensee and selected lines in the Tannheimer Valley and Bregenz Forest - long-distance trains are excluded).
