If you're looking to experience the best of what Cape Town has to offer then this slick luxury ocean pad is for you. Nestled right above the infamous Saunders Rock Pool. The space Apartment consists of one large master bedroom with ocean views. A smaller second bedroom and one large modern bathroom. The kitchen, lounge and dining area are all open plan with gorgeous ocean views. There is an inverter that powers everything except the stove. Should load shedding be at meal time, you now have the perfect excuse to try a new restaurant. Please ask me for a recommendation, I am trying new spots on the daily. Enjoy the ocean on your doorstep , the most magical sunsets and the convenience of walking everywhere. Please note there are fans in the apartment and Aircon/ heating in the main bedroom. We provide electric heaters for the other rooms. Guest access Guests can park on street for free directly in front of the building and use the elevators (which work during load shedding) to get access to flat.
