This oceanfront getaway rests on a quiet, outlying bank overlooking the ocean in Point Blanche, and it is situated on the ground floor of a two-story condo with other holiday/residential units. Escape from the busy everyday life, just minutes away from Philipsburg, restaurants, beaches, and shops. The space This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is fully air-conditioned and features a wide range of amenities to serve as your home away from home. There is a patio directly overlooking the ocean with a partial partition to offer privacy while maintaining a clear view of the ocean. The unit includes a full kitchen with a full range of cookware, glassware, dishes, cooking utensils, and cutlery for your own cooking. Previous guests have cooked up storms at the unit - so feel free to do the same! There is a full sized refrigerator with freezer, a stove, single cup coffee maker, and electric kettle. There are two living areas in the unit. One overlooks the ocean view when seated on the comfy sofa. The other has the large screen television equipped with the latest streaming apps. The dining area is near the kitchen and includes a round dining table with 4 seats. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, and ceiling fan. Bathroom 1 is ensuite for bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, air-conditioning, and ceiling fan. Bathroom 2 is adjacent to bedroom 2, they share a short hallway. Guest access Paradise Cove has its own entrance, and it comes with free parking. The entrance is along the ocean-side: you walk through the communal gate, walk down a slight slope, and step up to patio and the sliding door. It is the second door. This entrance is (usually) suitable for guests who are older and who may have slight mobility constraints. Past guests who have had limited mobility capabilities have been able to access the property with ease. Other things to note Please keep the room doors and windows close when the A/C is on. Please turn off lights, A/C, and fans before leaving the apartment. Thank you.
