Other things to note Garbage is collected between 9AM-12PM and 5PM-9PM everyday. Garbage collectors will ring the doorbell during that time to collect the trash. Please don't leave the trash outside the unit or at the hallway as it is strictly prohibited and will penalized by the admin. If you are not around when they collect the trash you can throw your own garbage at Basement 6. Kindly wash dishes you may use right away to maintain cleanliness of the unit. Handle our towels, linens, kitchen appliances with care. Strictly No Smoking Allowed in the Unit. A penalty of US$200 or PhP 10,000 will be charged for smoking inside the unit.
