Large Studio Apartment in Central San Diego

Large studio apartment in the backyard of a private residence in the quietest part of Linda vista. If you like quiet, it doesn’t get quieter and more central than this. Close to beaches, bays, old town, balboa park, downtown, little Italy. Studio has a queen bed and is quite large. The space The studio is a converted 600 sq. ft. space, separate from the main home. The studio contains a full bathroom and a half kitchen (sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster & coffee maker). Guests have access to a large open yard and covered gazebo that contains a BBQ grill and air fryer. The surrounding neighborhood is residential, & very quiet but only several minutes from every major freeway in San Diego. Guest access Separate studio with a private walkway, yard and covered gazebo. Street parking is plentiful. Other things to note There is a dog in the primary residence, who although can be weary of strangers- is very loving and friendly once he gets to know you. :) The dog is however kept separate from the studio space and not an issue (think of him as hired security).
