The space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The surrounding area is a mix of residential community and rural land, guests are encouraged to explore. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the area! Other things to note The Home Truths; You are staying in a friendly and peaceful area and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors and countryside. Please note that the cottage is located in a lane, on a hill. Please always monitor your noise levels. Quiet Hours are in place from 11:00pm - 7:00am. We do monitor noise levels in some cases but we do not record voice. No parties or unauthorised guests allowed. No pets allowed and no smoking inside the building. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Free gated parking is available inside the gated driveway. In the evening the gate should be closed but can be accessed should you need to go out/come in. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages may result in damages fees.
