Our Basement Flat w two bedrooms, perfect for a couple with a child and also has a double sofa bed in the living room for other children or 2 adults. located only a fifteen minutes walk from Brighton station and close to great pubs. Lovely downhill stroll to the beach through The Level Park. There are stairs down to the entrance so not great for accessibility needs but it does have a herb garden in the front of the flat. The space The flat has its own entrance and a bright Living Room, one double bedroom, one smaller room with a child bed and the living room has a sofa bed which can be arranged as a single or double size and has its own door so not in an open plan area. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, cookware and tableware that you need to prepare meals and the dining table can extend to seat four-six. There’s Wi-fi. Linen, towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided as are tea and coffee.
