Rusty’s Getaway is a Brand New, Rustic/modern,2,100sq ft. handicapped accessible, fully furnished home. Including, well equipped kitchen, laundry room, great room w fire place, dining room, 3 bedrooms, sofa bed, 2 car garage, patio & landscaped yard. The pantry, located just off the kitchen, is equipped with many kitchen, accessories and appliances, as well as games and toys for kids and the doggy water and food bowl. It is also our storm shelter. The space This single-family ranch style home with a Rustic theme has 2100 ft.² of space to enjoy. The ornate front door entry opens to an open space of kitchen and great room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace. The kitchen has a laundry room directly adjacent with the main bathroom and main bedroom to the right. The dining room is to the left And going toward the back of the house the hallway leads to the garage also to the left. The house was designed for handicap, accessibility and entertaining leaving large open spaces and wide hallway. A rustic theme with pine siding and barn beams create a Rustic farm feel to the space. The kitchen has hickory cabinets with granite countertops,. The main bedroom, decorated with a dog theme, includes a queen bed, 2 dressers & walk in closets. The end tables have touch lamps w USB ports. The main bathroom is spacious with a handicapped accessible shower. Twin vanities include touch less faucets and touchscreen mirrors that will adjust to your desired color and brightness. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed, 2 dressers, large closet & touch screen lamps w USB ports. Bathroom w bathtub/ shower is right across the hall w same faucets & mirrors. The third bedroom is located through the bathroom or accessible from the kitchen area/front door. It has a queen size bed also. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. With an upgraded memory foam mattress. There’s a large patio outside through the 8 foot sliding patio doors, which offer great views and assessability. The entire house is on the same plane; that is there are no significant transitions in the floors from the front sidewalk to the back sidewalk. The only ramp will be in the garage. Which can also be used as entertainment space, and also has its own granite countertop on hickory cabinets which includes a wet bar area with plumbed sink and wine rack . A large screen TV is on the far wall of the garage. Some comfy sectional sofas make for a relaxing open area. The doors can be opened for a nice weather event. The space is fully furnished with all the appliances, all the dishes and cookware including non stick baking pans and even some basic kitchen supplies. The kitchenette off the main bathroom, has your coffee maker, toaster and microwave as well as the coffee and creamer, etc., for your morning needs. Will also find a washer and dryer if you happen to need those during your stay. Underneath the sink in the kitchen that are all of your extra cleaning supplies/bag/etc. On either side of the sink are recycle bins. We recycle everything. We only ask that you separate the gross stuff that can be composted into one particular bin. Everything else, including Glass, steel paper, cardboard, aluminum paste, board cartons, plastic bottles, or jugs. These can all be recycled once the gross stuff is removed from the cans and bottles. The house is not necessarily child proof. The cabinet doors are not locked, and there are chemicals under the. Guest access All parts of the house will be available for use except the ruby china. Other things to note The interstate exit #157 is a short drive away and easily accessible. Exit Route 12 #157 , and head west. Go left just over the interstate on Emma Street. Take Emma to Sandusky Street. West Sandusky Street is also called County Road 88. Downtown Findlay is 1 mile east of the house. Please be aware that there are only two bedrooms.
