The space Entrance: Suspended toilet with a washbasin. A large closet featuring a washing machine, as well as all the necessary laundry supplies for your stay (drying rack, iron, wardrobe, etc.). You can also store your belongings here during your stay. Kitchen: Fully equipped, with an "island" that allows for a convivial cooking experience. It includes: Fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, and SMEG kettle, as well as a DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine. There is enough tableware (water glasses, wine glasses, flutes, bowls, dinner plates, dessert plates, mugs, salad bowls, etc.) for multiple meals, and wine-tasting glasses are also provided. A raclette machine is available. Living Room: A table with 6 chairs (photo non-contractual). Overlooking the rooftops of the city, this bright and pleasant space features a large bow window (see photos). Ideal for business stays, the apartment is equipped with a work space and fiber optic internet. There is a wooden toy chest for children. Lounge: Separated from the dining area by a glass partition, this space is very bright and cozy. New sofa bed (January 2025), dimensions: 150x190 cm. Roller shutters on every window and patio door, with blackout curtains on the glass partition side to create a second sleeping area if needed. New 4K flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, featuring CANAL+, BeIN Sport, PRIME VIDEO, Eurosport… (which includes all sports channels), as well as all international channels. Several blankets are available. Access to the balcony via a patio door. Bedroom: 160x200 cm bed with a BULTEX memory foam mattress. Storage and wardrobe. Access to the balcony through a large glass door. A quiet room facing the building's courtyard. Bathroom: Spacious Italian-style shower (140x80 cm). Sink and illuminated mirror. Towel dryer. Hairdryer. Balcony: Synthetic grass and outdoor furniture that can accommodate 4 people. We have renovated our apartment with great care to ensure that you have the most pleasant stay possible. Other things to note IMPORTANT TO NOTE: - Bedding provided: The beds are made up upon your arrival, and all necessary linen is included (bath mats, 2 dish towels, 1 bath towel per person). - Cleaning fee: Fixed, covers professional cleaning and laundry. - Strictly non-smoking property: A €300 fee will be charged if this rule is not respected. An ashtray is available on the balcony. - Check-in/check-out times: Please respect the check-in and check-out times for optimal organization. - Behavior: Please respect the tranquility of the neighbors.
