✨ Welcome to your Charming Stopover in Brest. My name is Juliette, and I will be your point of contact before, during, and after your stay. It is incredibly important to me to welcome my guests just as I would like to be welcomed myself: with simplicity, availability, and a few thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home straight away. The space Located on the 6th floor of a quiet residence with an elevator, this light-filled apartment offers unobstructed views over the rooftops of Brest and the harbor. Fully renovated, it combines modern comfort with a warm atmosphere, whether you are passing through to explore the region, visiting loved ones, or working in Brest for a few days. I particularly love mornings in the bow window as the city gently wakes up, as well as evenings on the balcony after a day of sightseeing or work. You will have a quiet bedroom overlooking the inner courtyard, featuring a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) equipped with a Bultex memory foam mattress. The living room, separated by an elegant glass partition wall, offers a comfortable second sleeping option thanks to a brand-new sofa bed. Roller shutters and blackout curtains ensure everyone's privacy. The kitchen has been designed to be genuinely used, not just for show. You will find everything you need to cook: an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, SMEG appliances, a raclette set, and plenty of dinnerware to enjoy great meals together. For business trips, high-speed fiber internet and a dedicated workspace are at your disposal. The apartment enjoys a prime location right in the city center. You can easily walk to shops, restaurants, public transport, the train station, and Brest's main points of interest. And because a great stay is about more than just accommodation, I would be delighted to share my favorite local spots, walking recommendations, and personal highlights to help you discover Brest from a different perspective. The beds will be freshly made before you arrive. Also included: bath towels (1 per person), a bath mat, and kitchen towels. ✓ The cleaning fee is a flat rate. It covers the professional cleaning of the apartment as well as the laundering of the linens and towels. ✓ The apartment is strictly non-smoking. To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. An ashtray is available for your use on the balcony. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, a flat-rate penalty fee of €300 will be applied. ✓ Please respect the check-in and check-out times indicated in your reservation to allow for smooth transitions between stays. ✓ The peace and quiet of the building is essential. Parties, gatherings, and noise disturbances are not allowed.
