New 2 bedroom pad, 14 mins to Cuenca, Gringo owned

Relax at this unique and tranquil 2 bedroom ground-floor getaway with stunning views, big garden and fully equipped kitchen, designed by the gringo owner who lives here. Glorious Cuenca is a mere 15 mins away by car. The comfortable independent apartment is ideal for exploring the stunning countryside including Cojitambo and its inca ruins, 7 mins away. 1.5kms from the Panamerican Highway. Our indigenous maid & gringo owner will help with any doubts you have. We speak English, Spanish & French. The space The whole property is on 1,000m2 of land which you can access. Around the property there are no buildings on 3 sides and a new house on one side. Access is on a dirt track through a farming community. 1km away further down the valley, there is an industrial area. It does not disturb us up here. From the ridge 170 metres above the property, you can see mountains around Cajas National Park that go to around 3,500 metres in altitude. You can also see parts of Cuenca. The altitude here is 2,600 metres. Guest access All the outside areas. The apartment is all yours but the outside areas are shared. We live on the top. Other things to note Sometimes my cute 5 year old will play in the garden with our maid. Laundry is for free done by our maid in our house on top. Detergent/softener not included. There is no washing machine in the apartment. The garden is a shared garden, as are the balcony areas. The owners of the new house next door live in the US so are hardly ever here. The next house is 40 metres away and these neighbours mostly only come on the weekend. Traffic noise is very limited. The church, 200 metres away, sometimes plays music around 6h30am to announce messages to the community. This is very normal in Ecuador. The upper part of the building is where we live.
