Built in 1890, this stone cottage in the centre of St Davids is a characterful yet contemporarily renovated base for a holiday in the smallest city in Britain. STYLISH INTERIORS AND ORIGINAL CHARM Tucked away in the heart of St Davids, just a stones throw from St Davids Cathedral., this beautifully styled cottage is an oasis for a couples getaway or a small family escape to the Pembrokeshire Coast. There are all the creature comforts you could wish for here. Open the door to the welcoming living area where an electric log-burning fire sets the scene for cosy, chillier winter breaks. For summer days, bi-fold patio doors open from the contemporary kitchen/diner onto the patio and gravelled courtyard, perfect for dining al fresco. This cottage seamlessly combines characterful details with contemporary style, with exposed brick and wooden beams nestling alongside pastel hues and sleek lines. All this comes together to create a true oasis of convenience and connection to the magical city around you. FROM YOUR HOLIDAY DOOR: Tŷ Sara is steps from the centre of St Davids, with pubs, cafes, galleries and shops waiting to be explored. For time on the coast, just over a mile away you’ll find Caerfai – a glorious beach with crystal clear waters and a great place to join the 186-mile-long Pembrokeshire Coast Path. ACCOMMODATION: Ground Floor: Step through your holiday door to: Lounge – L-shaped sofa, 2 armchairs, Freeview and Apple TV, bluetooth speakers, electric log burner. Kitchen/Diner – gas hob, electric oven, fridge ( no freezer), dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, radio. Nespresso coffee machine. Dining table seating 4, highchair (on request). Folding bi-fold doors open onto a patio with distant sea views. Bathroom – with bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and sink. First Floor: Bedroom 1 – Double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe. South facing. Bedroom 2 – Twin beds, chest of drawers. North facing with views of Carn Llidi. Garden: The rear sunny patio garden includes furniture for outdoor meals, BBQ, as well as an outdoor tap and hose for washing sandy beach gear. Parking: On-street parking nearby on the residential road Ty Sara is located on. Loading and unloading can be done outside the front door. Guest access The whole cottage is yours for your stay. Other things to note 1 small to medium sized dog is very welcome at £25 per week. Sorry NO OTHER PETS considered. Maximum occupancy is 4 to include all babies and infants. Minimum age 21.
