This Charming penthouse apartment with loft bedroom opens to a full-length patio through wide glass sliders inviting you to take in the magnificent views of Banderas Bay and Zona Romantica. High vaulted ceilings make this 750 Sq. ft. condo feel large and open. Updated with modern finishes while retaining a taste of Mexican style. The space The condo, which is only 9 steps up from road level, has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. The 1st floor features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, living room, dining space, flat screen tv and sound system. Connect your devices over the Wi-Fi connection (41.5 Mbps) to stream your favorite music or video. Enjoy Netflix, Amazon music, and a few other options via our ROKU. A king size bed awaits you on the second floor with ample closet and drawer space. Ceiling fans and air condition are located on each floor. This corner unit offers the ability to open windows for refreshing cross-breezes. The full-length patio has a propane BBQ, outdoor seating, and is a great place to view the famous Vallarta sunsets and nightly fireworks. The shared POOL is NOT HEATED or Olympic sized, however is a good place to cool off when the weather is hot. Guest access Guests will have access to the common pool area and common area patio surrounded by tropical foliage. The pool level is a few flights below my unit and has a nice view as well. There is also unreserved parking for your car right at the front gate, only steps from the Unit. Other things to note All linens and pool or beach towels provided, along with ONCE per WEEK maid service. Additional maid service may be requested in advance for an additional charge. The building has only 16 units which give it a privacy factor while also having some very nice and helpful neighbors steps away. Please note that Vallarta is experiencing a building boom. IMPORTANT MENTION: There can be some road noise coming from the hwy. while in the loft bedroom. For 95% of my guests and myself, it's not been a problem, however, if you need absolute quite to sleep or can't wear ear plugs this may not be the place for you. My apologies.
