Fox Hill Retreat is a modern mountain home located between Boone and Blowing Rock. The spacious main floor has hardwood floors and vaulted tongue and groove ceilings. Nine guests can sleep comfortably in four bedrooms. The back covered deck has a serene sitting area and large dining table. The towns of Boone and Blowing Rock are only minutes away and offer year-round attractions for the whole family. Ski slopes and hiking trails are ten minutes away. The space Fox Hill Retreat offers room for guests to spread out among two living areas and two spacious decks. Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with an open floor plan, hardwood floors throughout, and vaulted tongue and groove ceilings that offer warmth to the great room. The comfortable living room features a stacked stone gas fireplace and large smart TV where guests can gather to watch a movie and warm up by the fire after a day on the slopes. Take a hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and return to grill out on the covered back deck where guests will find a serene sitting area and large outdoor dining table. Downstairs, the den has an electric wall fireplace and smart TV making it a perfect place for the kids to hang out. The lower deck offers an additional dining place as the picnic table and a fire table where you can warm your hands while relaxing on the wooded lot. Fox Hill Retreat is a thoughtfully designed four bedroom home that can comfortably sleep up to nine guests. The expansive master bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed, electric wall fireplace, smart TV, and private ensuite. The ensuite has double vanities and a step-in shower. Guests can access the covered back deck from the master bedroom. The lower level has three additional bedrooms. The king bedroom has a smart TV and private ensuite. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room that can sleep three in the twin-over-full bunk bed. The full hallway bathroom is also on this level. Additional amenities include central heating and air conditioning, WiFi, smart TVs available for guests to log-in to their own streaming accounts. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire private home, decks, and all amenities during their stay. Other things to note Must be at least 25 years of age to book. The house is accessed via a paved road and parking area with room for 2 vehicles. There is a Ring doorbell camera at the home. Three steps lead the walkway to the home.
