If this happens, 100% of the deposit will be taken. 3. Guests who plan to bring decorations MUST inform the villa management. All decorations ARE REQUIRED to be cleaned before checking out. Should decorations not be cleaned, deposit will be taken 100%. 4. No moving furniture inside the villa. If any furniture is moved, guests ARE REQUIRED to return the furniture to its original place. If furniture is found not returned to its original position, the deposit will be taken 100%. 5. Please keep the noise down after 11:00 p.m. so as not to disturb the comfort of the neighborhood. If guests are unable to cooperate and cause an unacceptable disturbance, the villa management will turn off the electricity and water supply to the villa.
