Come relax in our beautiful one-room basement suite. The suite is closed off from the rest of the house so you and your family will be undisturbed. A private entrance with your own custom keycode means you can come and go as you please. Rest easy on our memory foam queen bed. The kids will enjoy the bunk bed and plenty of board games for entertainment. Roam around our quiet neighborhood or drive just a short distance to shops and entertainment. We can't wait to host you! The space One room basement suite with attached full bathroom and private entrance. You will not have access to the rest of the house. Your suite is not shared by anyone else! The backyard is not a part of this rental and is off limits to guests. Guest access Access to the basement suite is solely via the private entrance in the rear of the house. See photos. You will have access to the entire basement except for a utility closet and a storage closet. You will not have access to the upstairs/rest of the house. Other things to note Absolutely no pets allowed - sadly, I have severe allergies and live upstairs, so pet dander gets into the ducts and causes me much misery. I wish I could host your sweet fur babies but I unfortunately cannot. We try to keep artificial scents to a minimum for those with sensitivity. Bedding and towels are washed in sensitive & scent free detergent and dryer sheets, and bleach. No air fresheners or perfumes are used in our household. We are a non-smoking property. This means no smoking of any kind is permitted inside the suite. Smoking is also prohibited outdoors on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes/vaping. This suite is adjacent to our furnace room so you will hear normal furnace noises as our furnace system kicks on and off. If you are a light sleeper, 2 pairs of ear plugs are provided. Also, because 3 of us live upstairs, you may hear footsteps and other muffled noises. We do not have small children or pets so upstairs noise should be minimal. The suite does not have a thermostat.
